WHAT IS DSLDP?
DSLDP is the District Superintendents Leadership Development Program. It is a ministry of the USA/Canada Regional Office. The purpose of DSLDP is to provide support and training to district superintendents. The DSLDP conference is a time for district superintendents to network with each other and to train for their position.
District Superintendent: $350
Registration deadline is August 21, 2017. Cancellations received by August 21, 2017 are fully refundable, minus a $5 processing fee per person.
Spouses have the option of attending the DS training sessions or the alternate spouse sessions. The spouse registration fee will cover both options. Additional information and schedule of events will be sent separately.

The sleeping room rate for single or double occupancy is $129-$149 per night. Reservations can be made by clicking here. King rooms are limited, so book early for best availability. For reservations by phone, call 843-722-0600 and refer to the “Church of the Nazarene” block. Hotel reservation deadline is Friday, August 11, 2017. After this date, the group rate may not be available. Cancellations that occur within one week of arrival date will be charged first night's room and tax.
Valet parking is available at a rate of $22 per day which will be automatically charged to your room bill. Self-parking is available in the City Garage located next door to the Hotel. The charge is $17 per 24-hour period and is payable to the garage attendant by MasterCard, Visa, or cash.

Robert Schnase serves as the bishop of the Rio Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church. Schnase is the author of the bestselling book Seven Levers: Missional Strategies for Conferences. His other books include Five Practices of Fruitful Congregations, Five Practices of Fruitful Living, Practicing Extravagant Generosity, and Just Say Yes: Unleashing People for Ministry.
Before his election as bishop, Schnase served for 15 years as senior pastor of First United Methodist Church in McAllen, Texas, a congregation that became widely known for its extensive mission and outreach, for reaching younger generations, and bicultural ministry. He also served congregations in Harlingen, Texas and in Great Britain.
